Riley Ferre is a Wallowa County local. She is a former Elgin Stampede Rodeo Queen, and currently splits her time between the northern and southern hemispheres. She is a paragliding guide on both sides of the equator and works with WWRE as one of our multi-day river guides! These fun river dresses were printed here in Joseph by Riley and her mom Whitney. They’re perfect for hanging out at camp after a full day on the water.
